1. EMAIL me at email@example.com or DM via instagram @shaycolorway. Feel free to include any image or idea you are looking to get painted. These first concepts can be loose or defined. I am always happy to use my expertise in assisting with image development. We may also combine multiple photos into one final image. I know how difficult it can be capture all of our family members together. Especially those we have lost and carry with us in our hearts.
2. Pricing is set per canvas size. Certain sizes may be recommended based on image quality or number of persons per piece to preserve maximum detail integrity.
3. You will receive a layout draft so that you get an idea of canvas proportions. This mock-up is included with the 25% non-refundable deposit that I charge for materials and any necessary editing.
4. Once initial layout is confirmed, the process begins! The next contact you will receive is upon completion. Completion time is typically 4-6 weeks from receiving 25% non-refundable deposit.
5. Yay we did it! Upon completion, you will receive photo proof of your custom piece. At this time, remaining 75% commission cost will be collected +shipping if applicable. Local pickup in Sacramento, CA area is free. You will receive tracking information once remaining payment is completed.
